Introduction: Tatiana Leon's greatest asset is her commitment to research: "I had been researching homes and the real estate industry since before I even thought to enter the business!" Tatiana prides herself on presenting the buyer and seller alike with accurate and organized data that will leave them comforted and excited to move forward in the process of acquiring or selling a home. She believes that careful research is the key to success in this field, as well as her 12 years of negotiating experience and superior time-management, a skill she utilizes outside of the office as a mother of two young children. Tatiana's real estate savvy is bolstered by her prior experience in the hotelier industry, where she served as the Head of Product in a company of over 5,000 people. This prior position also taught her the importance of marketing a product to your best ability, the reason she is happy to have found a home at Links Residential, which understands the difference a professional home photoshoot or a well-written home description can make! Tatiana wishes to help as many families as possible find their "forever home", and create memories that will last for generations to come. She currently resides in Maywood with her husband and two children. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors and the New Jersey MLS.
