Shedea and the team at Olive Cleaning deserve all 5 stars that they received. When picking the highlights, I tried to pick all 5 but Thumbtack limits highlights to the top 3 values. She was top-notch in work quality, in responsiveness, in value, in punctuality and in professionalism (i.e. all 5!) I used her services for a move-out clean. When I did my walkthrough inspection that afternoon, the apartment rep was impressed (this is Shedea's magic). I'm usually a huge review-reader, and I was a little worried at first because she didn't have many reviews, but she was professional and responsive when I asked her questions before scheduling the job. In the end, I'm SO glad I went ahead and hired her. She only left me with one contact card (why, Shedea, why?) so I took a picture of it and I've been sending that picture to all of my friends. I would definitely recommend her to all you Thumbtack people. You won't regret it!
