- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee includes resume design and content plus a cover letter matching the design of the resume. The customer will be sent drafts for review and once the documents are finalized, they will be sent via email in both Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word formats. A $50 payment is due upon receipt of the 1st draft; the remainder is due upon completion of the project. As an added service, I provide editing of the resume free of charge for up to a year after providing the finalized document to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to mock up a draft after receiving input from the customer on their preferred design and tone. I then provide the draft to the customer for review. Once changes are requested, they are implemented and a second draft is sent for review. When the client is completely satisfied, I email the finalized document in both Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word formats. As an added service, I provide editing of the resume free of charge for up to a year after providing the finalized document to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years’ experience in recruiting employees within both large and small corporations. I have extensive experience in filtering through a vast number of resumes and matching talent with a role. I understand the current sought after skills and keywords employers are focusing on when searching through candidate profiles. My background also includes technical and creative writing as well as graphic design. I have coupled these skills with my recruiting knowledge to create unique resumes that not only stand out due to design, but reflect the most marketable skills of the candidate.
