Has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Had no problem replacing a breaker box for me.
He has rewired my house to 3-prong and put in outside outlets and inside outlets.
He has put up lights where no existed. Very skilled. He can do anything electrical and also does wonderful plumbing work, he put in a new kitchen for me and did a wonderful job.

Jovan and his worker did a great job. They came on time to check out our water spot on the ceiling in our kitchen/family room. It turned out to be just a small toilet fix. Jovan went above and beyond on the job and even patched up the whole they cut in our ceiling. There are nomore leaks. He even offered to repaint the area if I the right paint. I will be using him in the future for other home improvements.
