Randy and his crew did an excellent job! They laid the concrete foundation for a new addition and had to use sonotubes to reinforce the support. They also poured probably 100 + feet of walkway. Randy also made an English-type walkway support wall using big lava rocks that he had to move from a driveway up several stairs to where the project began. We constantly get compliments on that wall!
Randy is a self motivator, resourceful, creative thinker who will work with you to meet your needs and try to accomplish the job under budget if there's any way possible! Randy knows how to operate most every type of machinery associated with concrete and construction! He, along with a fellow professional framer, built the addition of for our home. They also installed an 8' h x 15' w sliding door, relocated two 10' wide tri-panel windows, laid the new roof portion, and basically any job we asked!
We highly recommend Randy Cayko for any concrete or home construction/reconstruction job!
