He has not started yet -- will help out when I leave for Florida--he came out when he said he would and agreed upon a fair price. He will mow the first time on Sept. 20 then do it 2 more times in October and then be done.

Did what I asked, yard pattern was pretty flawless, even did a little extra by blowing grass clippings out of street and driveway with leaf blower. No games played. Would recommend to friends if asked.

I had my lawn mowed, weeds waked and there were tons. Tim & his brother did a phenomenal job! Even used a leaf blower to clean up areas where clippings were left. They were polite and professional. When the work was completed, Tim knocked on my door to see it my yard was done to my satisfaction. He got the one area that needed a little extra attention. I was very pleased, and will be using him again. Highly recommend.
