FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for personal protection is based on the assignment and is impacted by the number of agents requested, ground transportation needed and duration of the project. Our starting price is $35 per hour per protective agent. Discounts are given for longer projects. Vehicle costs vary depending on type (i.e. sedan, SUV) and number of vehicles required. Armored vehicles are available for a premium price. Domestic travel within the continental US is available with three (3) days notice. International details require three (3) weeks advance notice. Security Risk assessment and emergency plans generation prices are quoted on a case by case basis depending on size of facility and time frame of project. Military and Emergency Services officers are given a 10% discount on final billing with presentation of valid credentials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After acceptance of our quote the client will contact the CIS via this app, email or telephone. At this time an outline of requirements and time line will be completed. Once the details are obtained and all concerns addressed, the client will be forwarded a contract for signature. Payment of retainer is then required. All invoicing is done at a Net14 understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All personnel at CIS are certified in CPR/AED and basic first aid.
