- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary with each job. In order to get an accurate price I must first come take pictures and measurements of the project I will be doing and then I can draw up a bid and give the client a better understanding of how much each job will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer it typically begins with me coming out to their home of residence and doing a free estimate. I will take measurements, discuss ideas with the homeowners and let them know when I will have the bid sent to them. Once they have a bid and decide they would like to do work with Lionhead Designs the next step is drawing up a contract and beginning work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up Designing and Remodeling with my father. I currently am taking classes in Construction Management at Pikes Peak Community College and will be furthering my education with an Interior Design degree in the near future
