- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service fee to you, if I am representing you as a "Buyers Agent" is paid for by the Seller/Builder in most circumstances and/or it is written into the Purchase agreement how I will get paid. However, if you take advantage of our $2,500 Flat Fee, Full Service program thru Redefy, that is all we charge for the Listing of your home, you are still obligated to pay the commission ( usually 3%) to the Selling Agent of your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting face to face and getting to know everything that there is to know about my Customers and Clients. That way I have a better understanding of what they are looking for in their new home or next purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 30 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, the majority of them licensed in the state of Wisconsin. Likewise, I have been a licensed Home Builder and am probably one of the top knowledgeable Brokers/Realtors in Colorado when it comes to New Home Construction.
