Preferred construction was a sub-contractor of ours on a project that consisted of 700' of 6' tall iron fencing with custom pedestrian gates and a custom automatic security gate for a private residence. Preferred Construction's owner and employees were timely, efficient, with great quality work. When there was a issue to be dealt with Preferred Construction took care of the issue without any problems.

I hired Dustin and Chris to do work on fence and a large deck with addition. They were able to start quickly. Completely reworked the foundation of the deck and added new deck boards plus addition. Many of the fence posts were replaced with quality product and all wire replaced. All were extremely knowledgeable and did all repairs in a very professional manner. They worked with a lot of snow on the ground but were determined to keep on schedule and do a very impressive job. I am totally pleased and do highly recommend.

Justin and crew built a new style of fence...3/4 in. horizontal Redwood pickets, metal posts covered with vertical Redwood accents. They incorporated the change in grade and elevation of the yard, and even corporated an existing tree in the fence design. It is fantastic! Great quality and attention to detail!
