- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently, I am valuing my time around $20/hour. As I gain more clients and experience, this will raise, but currently I feel confident in the work I can produce for individuals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the client does not have a clear idea on the product they wish to have, then I need to ask a series of questions to better determine what should be made. I strive for the utmost in professionalism through email communication. To ease newer clients, I am open to schedule video or voice conversations to narrow down the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current Professional and Technical Writing student at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. For the past year we have been finding new clients to work with and I have designed Brochure (Tri-Fold), Marketing Material, Business Cards, Resumes, Websites (WordPress, Shopify), Infographics, Business Logo's, etc. I am constantly reading various design blogs and try to keep up with the current hiring/reading trends.
