- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing on all of our projects as well as thanking our veterans with a 10% discount! We also offer a 10% discount when you book a combination project (i.e Flooring and Paint, Trim install and Paint and so forth).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From first contact we are identifying the customers needs and expectations on the project and from there we secure only the highest grade materials and maintain professionalism on site to ensure it exceeds expectations and meets the deadlines and finally we do our final walkthrough with the client to ensure complete satisfaction in the work that was performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While i was enlisted in the US Air Force i learned painting and sheet metal fabrication which I continued to further my education in after separation. We also have had small business mentors for the past four years as to get some real world business training.
