- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to price beyond fair. If you think my price is high please discuss it with me. I will not be offended. I will be more than happy to break down costs. If I see a problem with the describe job, I will address the issue before I load up and issue a bill. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st understanding the customers goals. 2nd executing those goals. And lastly ensuring the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a consumer of many service companies I have been to often unsatisfied. These experiences has made customer satisfaction is my main priority.
