Introduction: We create a supportive environment of people who are working toward getting their best fitness results. We have clients from age 10 to age 69! All ages and fitness abilities are welcome. Most of our clients started out hesitant at first but realized that the coaches and students are very supportive, especially of new people. The results you can expect are weight loss, a decrease in body fat, increased strength, increased energy, better sleep, better mood and the list goes on. We have a variety of services to support our clients to get their best results, including regular assessments, body fat testing, food log review, events, programs and competitions. Our workouts include boot camp, strength and conditioning, yoga, kickboxing, open training and running intervals. Everyone is eligible for a free trial. We would love to hear from you! -- Stephanie

I can't speak highly enough about the Boot Camp Girl program and my experience with Stephanie and her coaches. I became a member about 9 months ago, and was not the least bit physically fit, nor did I care much about my nutritional health. I was the heaviest I'd ever been at 203 pounds. While I played indoor soccer once a week, my strength was nil and I didn't feel great when I looked in the mirror. Fast-forward to today and I'm quickly approaching 180 pounds, a weight I haven't seen since my 20's, a long time ago. I'm much stronger, and have more endurance when I play soccer. While I indulge in an occasional beer and other foods that aren't so healthy, I am much more vigilant about what I eat. The beauty of the program is the variety of exercises and the quickness of the class. I'm in and out in a half-hour, and there are no wasted motions. Clearly, for me, The Boot Camp Girl program proves you don't need long, tedious workouts to see results. Stephanie's boot camp changed my life. I was out of shape and overweight, felt out of control and had terrible self-esteem. After less than a year, I lost 35 pounds and am exercising every day. Ran a 10K recently without stopping and can keep up in boot camp with exercises that I couldn't do initially (read: Burpees). I'm stronger than ever, feel more energetic, have a more positive attitude, and feel younger. I can't recommend her highly enough -- do what she says (nutrition and exercise) and you will get results!
