FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 person is $55.00 per session. $66.00 per session for couples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone discussion first. At your first session, we'll discuss your goals. We'll look at your short-term goals and long-term goals. We'll also discuss your previous fitness and health history. From there, I'll design a custom plan for you and discuss the different tools we'll use (myfitnesspal, fitbit, etc.) to meet your goals. Make sure to bring your workout clothes to the first session! We'll be working out on the first day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University and I'm certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. I also hold a current CPR and AED certification through the American Red Cross. I've been designing my own weight training and endurance training plans and workouts for the past 8 years. My plans vary according to my goals, i.e. increase muscle mass, train for an Ironman, maintain weight and body fat, etc. I've also been training and coaching athletes of all ages from learning to swim, to competing in a marathon for the past 5 years.
