Introduction: I am Registered Dietitian, a USAT Triathlon Coach, and a US Masters Swimming Coach. I work with all kinds of people and athletes who seek serious improvement in their habits, lives, and athletic achievement. I love being able to help my clients' find the nutrition solutions they need to meet their goals. Food is meant to be enjoyed: figuring out how to make this happen AND be healthy is where I excel.

Michele is a fabulous coach and nutritionist! She is extremely knowledgeable about training, competing, healing and conditioning the human body. She also understands the mental aspect extremely well. She went over and above about checking in with my student athlete and monitoring his recovery. She was very professional in every aspect of her work!

Michele has been a coach and mentor for me for the past 5 years. During that time, with her help, I went from just being able to finish a sprint triathlon to competing and placing at almost every local event I race at the sprint and Olympic distance, racing at nationals 4 times, and making the US world team 2 times. I couldn't have done that without her help. It takes someone willing to spend a lot of time and energy pushing me in the pool to improve my swim, helping with plans to keep my bike and run training solid, and support for both the good and not so good days. Michele has been an awesome coach and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Michele helped my daughter immensely to with her expertise as a nutritionist. She has guided her as to foods to eat to help prevent injuries and strengthen her bones, as well as helped her with other aspects of her life as a college track athlete. Michele is an excellent listener and has always been available to me, as well as my daughter, whenever I had questions. She truly cares, and follows through on her suggestions. My daughters doctors hold her in high esteem. I would highly recommend Michele.

Michelle counseled me on nutrition and beginner triathlon preparation. She was encouraging and understood the emotional dynamics behind my eating habits. She didn't just say: "eat this, and not too much" and then not understand when I was struggling to do what I intended (like some previous trainers I have worked with). She was also very encouraging and helpful on triathlon training plans and was fine with the fact that my performance goals were pretty modest compared to most of her other clients. Michelle will be a great coach for any athlete across the spectrum of beginner to elite.
