Introduction: Hi! I’m Tara. :) I’m a certified ontological life, business and leadership coach whose spent 20 years in personal & business development work. My husband and I got married when we were 18 and immediately started a business and a family. We just celebrated our 20 year anniversary and our kids are 19, 17 and 15. We are also passionate about working with power couples and leading workshops together. We also train and certify new coaches. I’d love to talk with you and do a complementary coaching session to see if we are a good fit.

Yes, this absolutely was the thing that changed my business for the better. I didn't know how stuck and stranded I felt. I never saw myself as someone who needed coaching or that it would even be valuable. However, during my trial session a few years back, I saw there were plenty of areas I could use someone else's perspective to guide me. Meeting with Tara is something I look forward to each and every week. I cannot imagine my life now without coaching. My life has certainly improved by having a coach and I am forever grateful!
