- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weddings, a non-refundable 20% down is necessary to reserve the date, as well as the contract, completed with signatures. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the wedding. For all other sessions, all fees are due in full at the time of your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with someone new, I treat them no differently than a long-time client. Everyone's time, money, & memories are valuable & I don't take any of that lightly. When booking a session, I will typically inquire your desired look for the session when agreeing upon a location & will always help with wardrobe decisions when requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years experience with hundreds of sessions under my belt & many returning clients.
