We were so fortunate to have Amanda as the day of coordinator for our wedding!
She handled all of our day of our logistics. She helped put together our entire wedding timeline for all of our vendors and was the main point of contact for them. Weddings can be very stressful and Amanda took care of every single details. The entire wedding (9 hours from start to finish) went by so smoothly. Amanda made sure everyone was on time and everyone (including the vendors) were where they needed to be. If you are looking for a planner for your wedding or any type of event please hire Amanda, you will not regret it!
Lastly, I will say that Amanda is fabulous event coordinator because she is organized, thorough, patient, and most importantly, because she genuinely care’s.

Amanda Rae coordinated our wedding reception in the summer of 2017. She was wonderful-- professional, reliable, super-prepare, and she made our day go so smoothly. She handled all the venue communications and vendor issues with ease. Amanda's DOC skills really made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our celebration, and we loved working with her!

Amanda was the day-of coordinator/emcee for my wedding and she is a total BOSS. She kept everything running smoothly and on time from start to finish, was calm and collected, wrangled people with ease, and at the last minute, arranged a wonderful surprise send-off from our family and friends! I would have been totally lost that day without her there and I am forever grateful. I can't recommend her enough!

Amanda was a dream on my wedding day! We hired her as our day-of coordinator. She took the time to not only know our plans intimately but to understand our approach and priorities so that she could act accordingly on the day. Our caterer was late—so late that she’d already worked out a Plan B without batting an eye. I knew she was fully capable of figuring out anything life could throw at us so we had no reason to worry. Everything worked out great in the end and it was the best day of my life. Amanda had a great hand in that.
