- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we consult. This way, I'm able to hear the customer's goals and formulate a plan of action. From here, the customer and I would establish a plan to get the necessary materials needed to perform lessons. This would include books, instruments, accessories, and the proper websites/ local shops to get these.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began violin lessons at age 6, which lead me into the Youth Orchestra of Greater Columbus program, and from there I transitioned into the Schwob School of Music at Columbus State University. Throughout these years, I also became professionally proficient in viola, guitar, piano, mandolin, and voice.
