Just moved to this area. Didn't know who to call. Thumbtack led us to Heller. Joe was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He completed more tasks than were on the original list. Stayed longer than he was obligated. We received more than expected. He will be our "go to" computer guy.

Joe was very quick to respond and had good communication before the appointment and after to make sure all was working properly. He set up a new laptop and transferred items to it. It took longer than initially planned but he was patient and gracious with his time in order to finish the job. He made sure everything was as I wanted. Very polite and knew what he was doing and explained things so I understood. Will definitely call next time I have any computer issues.

My hourly rates are between $50-75, depending on how technical the work.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently setup a new network and paperless design for an office. It consisted of 5 new desktops, 5 new IP phones, a new PoE switch, and new router. Each device was given static IP addresses, including a multifunction copier that sends scans to a specific folder on a specific computer. Total charge was $600, which included an initial site survey, equipment recommendations and a site report upon completion.
