Introduction: I am a licensed Tax Attorney (LL.M Tax) in Columbus, Ohio having graduated from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law (OSU Law) with Honors and being awarded the Judge William Drennen Award for achieving the highest grades in the taxation curriculum in 1989 and again in 1990. OSU Law is the top law school in the state of Ohio. Also was awarded a Master in Taxation (LL.M) from NYU School of Law in 1992 and NYU’s Masters of Laws in Taxation program is top program of its kind in the nation. Thousands of applications are taken each year but they only accept 250 applicants. After closing a 40M acquisition of a large nationwide Moving & Storage Company in September 1995, I joined two of my clients in November of 1995 as a full partner in running Johnson Storage & Moving Co. Holdings (JSM Holdings). JSM Holdings is the largest Moving and Storage Company in the State of Colorado and is one of the largest United Van Lines agents in the United States with locations throughout the United States. In August of 2005, I Sold my ownership interests in JSM Holdings to my partners to spend the next decade raising my children. Bradley my youngest is now a freshman at college. At the beginning of this year, I ended my retirement and I started my new business Kenneth A McKee Tax Attorney. As my relevant experience is over a decade old I am accepting all new work at well below market prices. I will file all personal tax returns at $150 per return which includes one state return.
