- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first evaluate their need and the venue in which they are requesting service. Then we determine if we are able to meet their needs. Its better to decline something that doesn't fit than to try to make it happen and have it crash and burn. Once we determine we can do what is needed we will then offer our services and guide the requester based on what we have done successfully in the past.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
college graduate in mass-communications with a business minor. Have been a professional mascot since 1995 worked for many major corporation and entertainment companies as a costume character. Currently employed by 2 local sports teams as their mascot.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at what you are getting. How do the costumes look are they believable. Who is inside of them professional performers or high school kids. What else do they bring to the table a turn key event or just a photo opp.
