With over a decade of leading groups in personal development, supported through international travel, studies and participation in emotional intelligence, leadership, and wellness, I combine my passion with rigor to achieve desired results.
Being in service to others brings me immense joy. The intentions set in a space by an individual or group and the energy and motivation created, even through moments of intensity and frustration, are the greatest reward. Witnessing the transformation, not only in intention, but also physically! that can occur after just a few sessions is inspiration to continue on this path. The greater implications of the work create a rippling effect that spread into all areas of a person's life (or throughout the company/organization). These shifts create authentic purpose and vision. And a legacy of greatness.

Briana has been incredibly supportive and helpful as a coach. She doesn't have a preset prescription but has tailored what she does with me to my personal needs. She also changes course during our work as needed-based on where I am. This may mean we go slower at some points, but it also makes me feel like she's truly listening to me and noticing subtle things I may not even fully realize myself. She is a great combination of support and rigor (just enough that I don't stay too deep in my comfort zone, but not so much that she pushes beyond what I'm ready for). She is devoted and honest in her work, and I would highly recommend her.

Brianna has consulted on a number of projects for me , the latest being a thesis/workshop presentation wherein she reviewed content and organization, coached me directly on facilitation while providing and implementing promotional strategy.
