- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is unique. I prefer to give a quote specifically for each job separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually like to meet with my potential clients at the job site to go over the details and also get a feel for their expectations for the job, that way it is sure to be done right the first time. Then I like to put everything in writing and have both parties sign it, so it's on paper. Usually I can do most jobs with no downpayment, so my customers don't pay until they are satisfied and the job is complete.
