You might die, at first. Great workout, had lots of modifications for different levels of fitness and medical issues such as injuries. He does the workout with you, definitely more motivating than someone that just watches you. Absolutely loved it, set up personal immediately after it.Jan 12, 2019Verified

And discounts for military (Active, Guard, Reserve, Veterans, ROTC and spouses), public safety(Police, EMT, Firefighters, etc.) and students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First class is always free, so you will have the chance to know me and see if I'm the right instructor/coach for you. A free consultation is provided, in person or by phone, to know an overall about your fitness goals and make a plan for them. Also, regularly perform a fitness assessment to track your progress. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?US Army Recruiter Assistance on Puerto Rico preparing future soldiers physically and mentally for Basic Combat Training from 2008 to 2012. Then became the Sergeant In Charge of Physical Fitness Training for the Army Reserve 75th Training Division in Fort Hood, TX from 2012 to 2013. Joined the company Beachbody as a Coach since 2012 and became an Insanity Instructor on summer 2018.
