What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on either a project based or hourly fee. Non-profits will receive a 50% discount on all project based and hourly fees. Each customer is welcome to a complimentary 30 minute call to discuss marketing goals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy learning about your business needs with a few simple target questions. I am happy to follow up with a complimentary 30 minute call to discuss marketing goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
