- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on many variables. The style of cabinet, shaker or raise panel, the size of your wall cabinets, 30, 36, 42, the number of cabinets we are installing, the distance to the project from the showroom and of course the scope of the job. An install for an entire remodel. But we assure you quality cabinets at a discount price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on our customer interaction skills and the following referrals we get from our satisfied customers. First, we explain the specifications of our cabinets. Then we either schedule a kitchen measurement or the customer emails or brings their measurements to our showroom in Concord where we create a three dimensional design in Pro Kitchen. Once a customer is satisfied with their design and provides the necessary deposit we order the cabinets from our local warehouse, build them, and the customer can either pick them up or have them delivered. If a customer wants us to handle their kitchen remodel or just install the cabinets we create a project timeline, a contract delineating the install, and we bring all the necessary skillsets to the project so the customer does not have to schedule anyone or anything. We do it all for you. We also work with several granite or counter suppliers and will get you a quote for the counter you want including the sink and schedule your template and install. In general barring any structure issues we can demo and install a new kitchen start to finish within two to three days and once the cabinets are set we schedule the template for your counter. From the day of template the counter is installed within 5 to 7 days. In total your dream kitchen can be complete within two weeks which is contrary to the many horror stories we hear ranging to three months. We educate our customers on the entire project from start to finish so they know exactly what is going to happen from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our project manager Michael holds a Master's Degree and has15 years of experience in building, siding, roofing, renovations, cabinet installation and finish work. We also build custom cabinets and furniture on site. We utilize several skilled finish carpenters as well as others with multiple skillsets ranging from plumbing to tile to small electrical work. We can manage your entire remodel from start to finish, just demo your existing kitchen and install your new cabinets or deliver your new cabinets to your contractor for install at your home.
