Introduction: You need to stand out in what you do. Your passions, goals, and impact on society. If nothing else, talk about community service/volunteering. Even if you haven't done it before, talk about what you want to do in the future in terms of volunteering around the world, or just in your community. I have done it so long, it's not just a job, it's a way of life- I imagine myself without my job and I tell them I'm lucky to have them (preschoolers) and they say right back, "we are lucky to have you as a teacher"
