Ms. Goodwin worked extremely hard in finding us a home that was within our budget & yet met our needs. She professionally scheduled all viewings to fit within our work schedules & provided the essential information needed for each home. She even provided extra information about the surrounding areas & what might be offered. Even after we moved in, she was there to help us address a few items that were not up to speed, which were well beyond her responsibilities. Going well above the "average" realtor expectations & service was the "gravy"!!Extremely professional friendly, knowledgeable, & always on time!! I recommend her without hesitation!!

Leah is an excellent realtor, I really enjoy working with her. She has a great work ethic and attention to detail. She is very organized and is able to keep all of the complicated aspects of the sale moving forward quickly.
