- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee is credited toward any repair or replacement that is done. We use flat-rate pricing so you will know exactly how much each service will cost before we begin the work. We offer free second opinions and system replacement estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically require an onsite diagnostic before providing our recommendations and job quotes, although for some services such as (preventative maintenance, thermostat replacement, ect.) a diagnostic is not required. After a thorough onsite diagnostic has been completed by our technician, he will inform you of any problems or concerns he found and provide you with an expert recommendation(s) to address the issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are factory trained and continue training year-round through on-going classes. Our technicians are NATE certified. NATE is the nation’s largest non-profit certification organization for this industry. Only 5-8% of HVAC technicians nationwide have been NATE certified.
