What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what type of services they are looking for to see how I can best provide care. I then set up a free meet & greet at their home so I can meet them and their pets. During this initial consultation, I collect all the necessary information to provide service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years of professional pet sitting and life long experience with animals. I am also pet first aid and CPR certified.
