SAUCES SOUTHERN KITCHEN LTD CO We specialize in soulful & authentic Louisiana Cajun/Creole cuisine & BBQ, along with a variety of cultural selections guaranteed to ignite your taste buds! Special requested meals & BREAKFAST foods also available. WE SERVE WHAT YOU LIKE! Catering Pricing Our catering rates include off-site preparation, delivery w/ disposable chaffing pans, plates, plastic ware, & napkins. If needed, we will include serving/cleanup (2 hour max). *Any FULL SERVICE needs (time, staff, china, décor/linens, etc.) will incur additional charges. All meals include 1 entrée, 2 sides (salad also available), & choice of bread: Chicken entrees: $10/person Pork entrees: $11/person *Baby-back Ribs $12/person Beef entrees: $13/person *Steaks $16/person Seafood entrees: $14/person *Specialty entrees: ask for pricing Add-on entrée: $6/person (1/2 orders also available) Appetizers: $4/person Desserts: $2/person Drinks: $1/person *Please contact us directly for special pricing on sandwiches/finger food only orders Personal Chef Any services requiring a chef on-site will be at a $30/hour rate in addition to our basic catering charges listed above. Most meals require 2-3 hours prep/cooking time. INCLUDED 2 hour serving/cleanup time will begin once chef has finished preparing the full meal. *All services are subject to an 8.25% tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to meet all of client's wants & needs. I first provide a general pricing list, then a consultation is scheduled to get specifics and more details on event and service type. Once menu is established, I provide a detailed quote. If client accepts, I draft a contract and we start working to provide excellent food & service to your liking.
