- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are FREE to a buyer looking for a home. If I am working with a seller, than a commission percentage for selling that home is always negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends if they are a buyer or a seller, sometimes they are both. If you are buying, I will help you get pre-qualified and eventually pre-approved. The one thing I don't want to do is show you homes, you fall in love with one and then you can't put an offer on it because we didn't do the important ground work first. Let's do the prep work first and then go have fun looking. If you are a seller, I would love to come tour your home, give you a detailed report on appraisal value, run the comparables in your neighborhood and surrounding areas, discuss a fair listing price, hold open houses, market it for you at my cost and get it sold so you walk away with cash in hand. I can help guide you through the entire process, my job is to take the stress off of you and let me handle the complex situations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of the Champions School of Real Estate. You will be able to see all of the courses that I have completed on the TREC website.
