Introduction: Cocktails and Canvas has a unique way of teaching people to paint, by layering the paint and giving them the option to use a stencil instead of drawing the picture by hand. Each step is carefully explained and individual help is given when needed. I pride myself on helping people create a beautiful painting they are happy to take home! I've always love art and painting and anything showing my creative side. It's even more fun when I can teach people they have a piece of that creativity in them even when they don't think so.

Kate's Cocktails and Canvas parties are always very enjoyable. Even if you don't think you have the talent to paint, when you leave...you will. She is very patient and shows the passion for her job, in teaching others. Just always a fun and relaxing time and you walk away with a work of your art! Her prices are very reasonable, and she is always willing to travel.

So fun! Kate is so nice and fun to chat with while painting. Simple step by step instructions to help you along the whole painting. Will definitely be joining along as much as possible!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fundraiser classes are $35 per person, Regular Classes are $25 per person and Junior Classes are $15 per person. Canvas size vary per price and each class can seat up to 50 people. You must have your own location, Cocktails and Canvas can recommend spaces but does not have one of it's own to use currently.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather all the information of when the party is, where they are looking for me to travel to and what they are wanting to paint.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been teaching painting classes for over 2 years. I have painted with professional sign painters and taking various other classes to figure out the best way for me to teach.
