Very dedicated worker! I've never experienced anyone that I've ever hired that works as hard as he does. He also pays very close attention to detail, so no worry about th hard worker just tying to complete to get it done. His work is not only precise, but through. The one thing that stood out to me about how he worked and the way he presented it was as if it was his own not a clients. His demeanor gave me the impression that he wants to genuinely make clients happy

What can I say? Mr. Rademacher was very fair with the price, courteous, and professional in the work I requested. My water heater had rusted through, flooding the closet. He rebuilt the floor support, replaced the drywall, as well as installing the new water heater. He showed up when he said he would, and was fast with the job. Will definitely use him again.
