- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Packages are available ranging from our economy "Bronze" package which is best suited for block parties, or very small gatherings -- all the way up to our "Platinum" package which is best suited for high-end weddings and Sweet 16's. We can also customize a package specifically for your event, should our existing packages not meet your precise needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, when a customer contacts us, we will ask our customers to complete a quick questionnaire online or by phone. The responses to these questions will tell us more about the customers event, and allow us to provide the most accurate price quote. (For leads received via Thumbtack, the quoted price will be honored even if we determine that you need upgraded sound or lighting after completing the questionnaire!) The next step will be to schedule an optional face-to-face meeting with the customer to go over the details of their event. An online contract will be generated, and once it is signed and a deposit is received, the date will be reserved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJ's have years of life experience as musicians, audio technicians, and performers. We have all been working as a team for over 10 years, which brings a flow to our events that only time can create. Additionally, we attend DJ trade shows and seminars regularly to stay on top of the current trends in mobile DJing and Weddings.
