FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $45.00 service call and $95.00 an hour plus parts. Equipment charge such as an eel for cabling a sewer is additional. On our invoices we breakdown total costs of labor, parts and equipment. All large jobs are bid out such as sewer lines, bath tub replacement ect. which a break down is not given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to talk to the customer. It only takes a few minutes, but it allows me to ask and answer questions that I have or the customer has. This conversation helps me to gain knowledge about the customer’s project or problem. Then we can discuss what the best option is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed four years of plumbing school, became a journeyman plumber for two years, then took the master plumber test and became a registered master plumber with a PA contractor license. I also continue my education by attending classes on new products and code changes.
