Chef Ray catered my Black Tie event in May 2015. His presentation was impeccable, and the food was scrumptious. Additionally, he was punctual with food preparation and serving, and in record time, he had served 400 people. He was able to customize a budget for us. You could not tell by the service and food quality that we did not pay a million dollars. Ray is an amazing professional, and his catering services are a culinary delight.
