Masterpiece is an EXCELLENT CHOICE for all of your contracting needs! I used them through the recommendation of a co-worker after a nightmare experience with another contractor. Let me assure you Jose Alicea and his crew could change anyone's negativity about the industry. Each member was very professional, and Ms. Alicea is a patient and understanding guy. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and did not try to sell me on things that were obviously not needed. Not only was the work professionally done but the work was actually completed two days before deadline!! I recently recommended them to a family friend needing a kitchen remodeled....ONCE AGAIN MR. ALICEA AND MASTERPIECE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! See you in the summertime for my basement bar construction!

We have been trying to fix up our house to rent out this summer and after being stood up by other contractors several times, Jose went above and beyond our expectations by showing up and doing the work quickly. He was great at returning messages and working with us on price. He showed us receipts for materials and we actually paid less than the original quote even with some minor hiccups. When installing new sink stopper, our rusted drain trap fell apart. He picked up the part and came back on his own time to make sure it was taken care of. He went over the quote/contract twice and answered all my questions. We had rotten deck stairs and boards, an exterior door that needed replacing and painting, a drywall patch and trim piece installed. Everything was finished in a day! He has found a great team and we appreciated how hard they worked. We hope they will be available to help us with our new home!
