- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation is free. The specified dollar amount on the quote is required in order to send a response to a potential client. Any money spent goes toward obtaining your specific goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new prospective client, I begin by asking detailed questions about their life interests, goals, and dreams. We discuss any steps already taken toward the attainment of these goals and dreams in order to uncover opportunities to enhance their planning. With that information, we work together in order to plan what they intend to accomplish in short and long term time horizons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. degree from the University of Memphis, which included but was not limited to, classes in general business, finance, business finance, economics, and marketing to name a few. I have completed a number of areas of coursework for the State of TN Licensing, and Series 63 Licensing Coursework. I have also completed a variety of Leadership training sessions and have several years of "on the job" experience in the sales and financial industry. I have verified licenses for: Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance Series 63 Investment License
