Luke and Marty did a great job doing our spray in insulation in our attic. They came and gave a quote and did the job 2 days later. The job itself was done quicker than I thought. My experience was very pleasant. the guys were very friendly, clean (they did not make a mess as I was having 2 bathrooms remodeled.) and fast. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I'll certainly contact my city repairs 1st for any future home remodel work

I hired Rent Ready Experts for a laundry list of tasks: Changing out electrical outlets, replacing the wall switch for my ceiling fan, fixing a toilet, removing extremely dated gas logs, cleaning my gutters, fixing a cracked roof shingle, cleaning my chimney of moss, and repairing a downspout so that it drained away from the house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give you a quote, that is the quote. Building bathrooms is our only job. We know how much it will cost to build a bathroom and we price it correctly from the beginning. This means we have no reason to increase the price once we get started on your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can always start with a phone call if you are just trying to get a “ball park” number for long term planning. If you think you are ready to start it is probably best to meet in person so we can review your bathroom project, hear your vision, and get you an exact quote you can count on. We will provide a written quote. Once you approve the quote we will discuss scheduling, desired materials, and next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our guys our true craftsmen with extensive experience building bathrooms. All of our team members are skilled in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and of course all excellent tile finishers.
