FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes every shot worth having. I'm not going to ask you to choose the best photos and miss out on the rest. I'm thorough when it comes to post-production to make sure you get as many high-quality photos as possible. One of my highest values is integrity. I am not looking to take more time to justify the price I charge. Not being one to take shortcuts, I am first and foremost interested in the quality of work and your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the size of the project, I'm happy to meet before for a consultation and a get-to-know-you coffee. The bigger the project the more I need to know about you! Often, we can figure most things out over the phone or via email and I'm great with changes at short notice, my flexibility is what most people enjoy! I'm laid back and happy to do revisions. It's always important to me to know what your vision is for the project but I am also comfortable to take the creative lead. Communication is a must for me as I am looking to deliver the best results possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been the head of communications and design for a couple of organizations before going freelance. I understand the relationships between creativity, quality, and deadlines and the fine balance it takes to hold them in tension. I am completely self-taught so keeping up on the latest techniques and trends is a must for my professional life. It can be difficult to land jobs without a design degree so my work must be able to speak for itself.
