- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We treat each quote on an individual basis based on the clients needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally begin with a phone or e-mail conversation to discuss the clients individual needs. If it is an event we discuss the type, amount of people attending, size of the venue, artist/ DJ requirements etc. If it is a design/ installation project we discuss lifestyle/ business model weather or not the client is looking for Home Automation, Lighting, HVAC, CCTV, Security, or just a basic audio/ video system. We then set up a meeting to go over the details and do a walk through carefully listening to the client and their vision. We then begin to develop a plan to accommodate them based on their individual needs and budget.
