Introduction: Hi, my name is Dan, and I run Apex Fitness, a personal training studio from my home. I'm certified through the American Council on Exercise, with years of experience in the fitness world. My hours are very flexible, since this is what I do full time. All consultations are free. During that time, we will talk about your goals and any health concerns you may have. I look forward to working with you. One hour sessions are $25.
The greatest part of my job is seeing the results in my clients. When they succeed, I succeed.
