Introduction: Energize, Prioritize, Organize!  Having been a Certified Employment Specialist, I have had many years of experience working with people with disabilities so I have the knowledge and patience to support and guide them with being independent and helping them bring order to their lives.  My top areas of focus are Clutter Elimination, Moving Assistance, and Business Operations Management.  I also provide online sessions, you just need to know how to video chat! I am available to do presentations to motivate your employees, students, caregivers, and anyone who needs to be energized to organize! The Process Contact me to set up your personalized consultation where I come to your home or business to talk with you about what needs to be done.  You give me a tour as I take extensive notes.  We discuss our plan of action and I give you advice on your options on how to clean out and organize, what supplies and resources are available and what role you need me to play.  I can do everything or we can work along side each other.  I can assist you with recycling, donating, and selling your unwanted items.  I then write up your plan which will later become your contract when we add your sessions. I either email or mail you your plan where then you can ask any questions and set up your sessions.  Everyone's needs differ so my rates are customized to each individual project. Key Points You DO NOT have to "clean up" before the consultation, just have an idea of what you want accomplished. You DO NOT have to make a final decision the first time through cleaning out! You may have items you need to think about and that is ok! You may find after I leave that you kept something you really do not want to keep or take back something you want to keep and that is ok too! Do not be afraid to speak up about how you feel about an item.  I am there to guide you and reason why you have it, but I do not judge you on your decision whether to keep it or not!    I will not be offended if you do not like how I organized something, I am flexible and we will do it the way it works for you! Allyson was a great help. She kept me motivated, focused and eager to continue the decluttering I had hoped for. She reorganized my kitchen to be more efficient. She helped me decide whether to keep or toss things. She even did the grunt work of helping to clean out a lot of junk from a fairly large attic. The end result is a much cleaner home, and huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing the attic is almost empty and that I don't have to deal with that in the future. She got along well with my sometimes challenging dog and chatty husband. Thank you, Allyson, for the amazing support I needed to accomplish all that was done.

Every part of working with Allyson is great. She has a skilled eye and lots of experience. She has literally transformed our very congested life and home. We redid our kitchen, both bedroom closets, the hall closet, the workshop, the apartment, and the storage room. She worked side by side with us but will do all the work if required. She has been flexible, very pleasant, and a godsend.
