- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, I would do a an hour consultation which includes all my ideas and resources to complete your project. We can start right away or plan when is convenient for you. The fee is $50. Online Sessions are $40/hour Individualized Plan $25 w/online session Donation or recycling removal $35/truck load after your session $25 plus mileage if during your session Every job differs so that is why we do the consultation. I will be able to give you an approximate estimate once we finish the consultation and explain additional costs, supplies for example. Rates range from $40/hour to $80/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive your contact information, I call you to discuss setting up a consultation. At the consultation, I meet you at your home or business to talk in length about what you need done. I give you some ideas on how to start to tackle your to do list. I go home and write up a plan that lists everything you want done, what we need to do it, who is responsible for what tasks, supplies that are needed, and an estimate of how long it may take to finish your to do list and the cost. Once you have all your questions answered, we set up your session(s). I come to our home or office to either guide you through or physically do to the work, which ever you need. I am flexible because this can be an overwhelming project so we can adjust the sessions as we go. I also can work alone when you need a break or if you prefer, tell me what you want done and leave me to do it alone. We can also schedule maintenance sessions to keep your home or office clean and organized!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been organizing all my life, it is a part of who I am. Every time I started a new job or volunteer opportunity, I would have to organize my office and every aspect that concerned me in order to feel at home and work efficiently! I have years of experience working with people with disabilities so I have patience to guide and support those you need extra care! I fervently enjoy helping others and this is another way I can do that!
