Based on a hourly system used regionally some items may be flat rate or discounted depending on volume of work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I basically work up a pool profile on their system to make sure they understand it and I diagnose problems and offer the remedy explaining step by step process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
