Mrs Edwards is fantastic. She was very instrumental in assisting me in obtaining my goal of weight reduction over 150 lbs. She is very patient, motivating, stern, and explains so you can understand as well. She instructed my weight training and water aerobics.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to clarify medical clearance for all clients to ensure exercise programs are safe . Next I like to educate on all components of fitness to have a balanced routine. Finally I schedule follow up coaching sessions virtually to support exercise consistency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's and master's degree in exercise physiology. I am NASM certified as a personal trainer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have over 9 years experience conditioning adult and youth patients pre-op and post-op for weight loss surgery. Other skills includes teaching senior exercise classes and educating on diabetes management. My experience extends further to exercise coaching for various health conditions to include arthritis, hypertension and osteoporosis.
