I recently have Mr. James over to repair some wood siding, fascia and brick molding around my front door. He did such a good job that it let's original to the home. James came very promptly-within an hour or two-to diagnose my problem with some water getting into my house via a pipe on the roof. By the end of the day, the problem was fixed, documented by pictures. His rates are fair and he is an excellent communicator. I will be calling him again for some more projects.
