- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After you tell me a little bit about your issues, I will be glad to quote you a flat rate for the services you need. That way, you will know exactly what the work will cost. In certain cases, where it is difficult to predict the time involved, I will work for a reasonable hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can email to establish that I would be able to assist with your problem. I would then ask you to meet me at my office to sign an engagement letter, pay the flat rate or a deposit for hourly work, and bring any documents that I will need to review. I will keep you informed of the progress of your case by email and phone. I will send a statement of your account monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Tulane Law School, with honors, in 1995. I have practiced law in Louisiana since 1995. I have experience in a broad range of areas of the law.
